Now, Island Air will reward loyal customers with free, fun trips. The Customer Rewards Program is simple. Eighteen one-way or nine round-trips between islands will earn a free round-trip ticket. To become a member and earn free, fun flights, customers simply sign-up online, print their own rewards card at home and begin collecting points for each flight.

• Cloud 9 members can manage their personal membership program from the convenience of their own home computer.
  Check your Cloud 9 travel balance, redeem a free flight or update travel points earned from your last flight.
  
  
• Fly eighteen paid segments (nine round-trips) and get one round-trip ticket free. Or earn one free one-way ticket for every nine paid segments.
  
  
• A Cloud 9 reward ticket can be redeemed for anyone the member designates, including family and friends.
  
  
• Your free Cloud 9 reward ticket can be redeemed online in conjunction with other purchased tickets.
  
  
• The card does not expire, however, flight segments do expire if there is no activity within three years.
